Important Tour Information

Please make your reservations at the earliest possible date.  Your name plus deposit, reserves & guarantees your seat.  Please send the name/s of your roommate/s & a contact name & telephone # for you, (in case of an emergency).  Don’t wait until the last minute and miss out!  Each tour has an itinerary with everything that is included for that specific trip.  You will receive a final itinerary 10-12 days before the tour.  Please contact us with any concerns or questions.  

Deposits – Day Excursions

A deposit of $50 is due within 10 days after making a reservation.  The balance is due 45 days before the trip.  

 Multi-Night Trips

Some multi-night tours will have a different payment schedule in accordance with the deposit to hotels & vendors.  A $150 deposit is due within 10 days after making a reservation.  Please call the office for a payment schedule for your trip.  

Cruises & International Tours

Each deposit, payment schedule and final payment will be in accordance with the policies of the cruise line or tour.   


Motor Coach Tours:  A full refund will be given on most motor coach tours when cancellations are received 45 days prior to departure of the tour.  Within 45 days, penalties may apply.  However, in cases where penalties and processing fees occur, the cost will be deducted from the refund.   

Cruises, International, Rail or Fly Tours

Cancellation of these tours will result in a fee.  This fee will vary depending on the airline, rail or cruise ship’s policies.  


Trip cancellations insurance is highly recommended. Contact us for more information.  For pre-existing medical conditions, you must purchase insurance within 14 days of your initial trip deposit to qualify for this coverage.   

 International Border Crossing

On any tour leaving the United States, it is the responsibility of each passenger to have in their possession proper documents.  The Tour Coordinator will advise all passengers of the documents required. 


Each person is allowed one large bag (45 lbs).  One small carry-on bag is allowed per person & is your responsibility.  This should fit under your seat or in the overhead compartment, not in a seat.   

Cost includes: Single: 1 person, 1 bed, 1 seat  Double per person:  2 people, 2 beds, 1 seat per person  Triple per person:  3 people, 2 beds,  1 seat per person  Quad per person:  4 people, 2 beds, 1 seat per person – Meals, B-breakfast, L-lunch, D-dinner, SD- Snack Dinner 

If you are interested in a certain tour, ask about pick-up locations or pre-night hotel. 


Adventure Travels, LLC is providing services for tours; acts as agent for accommodations, attractions, meals, and/or transportation, assuming no responsibility and no liability for changes of tax laws, delays, accidents, loss, damage, or injury to persons or property and/or acts of God. Also reserving the right to change arrangements when situations arise for the same quality of the tour when necessary and add fuel surcharge due to uncontrollable rise in fuel cost. 


It is our #1 priority to keep a safe traveling environment.  We are sincerely committed to everyone’s safety and well- being while traveling with us.  The motor-coach company also goes above and beyond measures to keep everyone safe.  Adventure Travels, LLC is in compliance with Federal and State Mandates with the rules and regulations for restaurants, attractions & hotels regarding safety, hygiene, health and social distancing. This could include social distancing, wearing face masks @ venues and taking temperatures before getting on the motor-coach, if required. A release form is required to be signed, releasing Adventure Travels, LLC from any responsibility should anyone get sick on the tour or be around everyone sick while on the tour.
