Important Tour Information

Please make your reservation at the earliest possible date. Your name, address, telephone number, email address, plus your deposit reserves and guarantees your seat. Please send the name of your roommate/s and an emergency name & contact # for you. Don’t wait until the last minute & miss out! Each tour has an itinerary that you will receive 12 – 14 days before the tour. 

Insurance

Insurance is optional but highly recommended. You can purchase insurance 

through Adventure Travels for trip interruptions & cancellation. For pre-existing

conditions, the insurance need to be purchased within 14 days of reservation. Basic insurance can be purchased without pre-existing conditions. Without insurance there is a cut-off date for cancellation where you get a full refund for the trip.

Insurance premiums are non-refundable. 

Deposits & Payments

There are different deposit schedules for each tour, depending on motorcoach, multi-night tours, day trips, cruises and international tours. You will receive information when your sign up.

International Border Crossing: On any tour leaving the United States, it is the responsibility of each passenger to have in their possession proper documents. The Tour Coordinator will advise all passengers of the documents required.

Motorcoach Features Include:  Advanced Climate Control Systems, Audio Video System with CD/DVD Player, Wireless P.A. Systems, 110 Volt Electrical Outlets at each seat, Wireless Internet, Reading Lights, Individual Reclining Seats, Adjustable Tracking and Monitoring Systems, On Board Lavatory, Kneeling feature for easier passenger entry & Rosco Dual Vision Video Cameras

Accommodations are chosen for cleanliness, high ratings & based on locations.

Cost for Room Types: Single: 1 person/1 bed, Double: 2 person/2 beds, Triple: 3 persons/2 beds, Quad: 4 persons/2 beds

Please let us know if you have a special request (example: handicap room)

Meals: Each itinerary will have the meals listed for that tour. B -Breakfast is included every day, L – Lunch, D – Dinner - Gratuities are included for meals that are listed in itinerary.

Admissions Tickets: Tickets for sight-seeing, theater & other venues will be listed in the itinerary for the tour.

Luggage Handling: Each person is allowed one large bag to be taken to the room

by the attendant. You may have one carry-on bag that is your responsibility to be taken to your room. This bag needs to have medication or anything else that you may need during the day while traveling.

Amenities: name tags, luggage tags, baggage handling @ hotels, water and snacks on the motorcoach.

Not Included in cost: 

Gratuities for Driver, Tour Director, Step-On Guides, any Meals not included in itinerary, phones calls made @ hotel or personal items purchased.
